In the Project View, select an application and click “Make Offer” to enter a project rate, including Kaynuna’s service fee, then send the offer to the creator. In the Pending Proposals view, “Featured Applicants”—those best matching your posting—are prioritized for easy hiring, and you can also favorite or decline applicants. For new creators you haven’t worked with, you can request a quote by sending a creative brief; the creator will respond with a price you can accept or negotiate. To hire creators from within the project view, select the desired application and choose Make Offer. You will see a breakdown of the project's total cost as you enter it, including Kaynuna's service fee. We've recently transformed the way you handle viewing your applicants by prioritizing the ones that are most closely associated with your posting first as "Featured Applicants." These applicants have services, locations, or experiences that match your posting requirements. To hire these (or other) creators, simply click "hire" on their application card. You can additionally favorite the application and return to it later or decline the applicant. #### **Requesting a Quote from a Creator** We offer different way to hire creators through our Request a Quote feature, which takes some of the guesswork out of pricing conversations. When working with new talent, the traditional Hire experience will be replaced with the ability to request a quote. This workflow is reserved for creators that you have never worked with on platform. Selecting Request a Quote will prompt you to fill out a creative brief similar to creating a posting - only this brief will be sent directly to the desired creator. The creator will then review all details and provide you with a quote on how much the project will cost. Now what?** We’ve automatically notified the creator that you sent them an offer. As mentioned earlier, a creator can choose to accept your offer, send a counter-offer, or decline your offer.
