[Contracts, Insurance, and Legal](https://help.kaynuna.me/legal?hsLang=en#contracts-insurance-and-legal) # Adding New/Custom Contracts When it comes to supplying alternative legals to that of the Independent Contractor Services Agreement, the default contract for all projects on Kaynuna, there are a couple of things that are possible. #### **"One-Off" Contracts** If this is a "one-off" for a specific project, we recommend putting together a new contract off platform and uploading it into the "Files" tab for the creator to download, sign, and re-upload. Any contracts that are put in place through this process automatically override the Independent Contractor Services Agreement that is electronically signed by creators upon their acceptance of a project. #### **Uploading a Default Company Contract** Alternatively, if you have a contract that you will use for all of your projects on Kaynuna, we can input this in place of the Independent Contractor Services Agreement.
